Payment & Delivery
Order and Payment
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. Our payments are processed securely by Paypal - no account is required.
Payments can also be made offline either by cheque/postal order or by direct payment using phone/internet banking. We can also take orders/deposits over the telephone.
Due to manufacturing differences fabrics may vary slightly in colour from different batches. So we would also advise customers to order all items at the same time to ensure that all items are cut from the same fabric.
Postage and Packaging
Items are dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment (unless otherwise stated)
Dresses and accessories made to order will have estimated delivery times. Dresses are normally 6-8 months and accessories 2-3 weeks. Please ask before purchasing if you have a tight deadline to ensure your items will reach you on time.
First Class: you will be charged for delivery according to the weight of your order. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days after dispatch.
If you require more than we have in stock please get in touch as we can supply any quantity to order usually within 7-10 working days.
Returns Policy
We want our customers to be entirely happy with their purchase. To ensure that the fabric and colour you have chosen for your outfit is the correct one, please use our fabric sample service to request swatches of the fabrics. This way you can be certain you have the exact fabric and colour that you desire.
Each item is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. If in the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange for you to return the item for either replacement or a full refund.
Under the Distance Selling regulations you also have the right to cancel the agreement at any time within 7 working days after receipt of your goods. We will not however accept any returns of goods which have been used, damaged or which are in an unsaleable condition. We are unable to accept returns of goods which are custom made or bespoke unless the item is faulty.
If you wish to return an item you may cancel by giving us notice within 7 working days of receipt by email to or in writing to the address given below.
If you cancel the following conditions must be followed:
- You must return the goods to the address given below
- The goods must be returned to us complete with all packaging in unused saleable condition within 14 working days of receipt.
- You are responsible for costs incurred in returning the goods to us. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery method.
- We will reimburse you by the same method by which payment was received within 14 days. We will refund the price of the returned item plus your initial postage cost or a percentage of your postage cost if you part return an order. You will be sent email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Privacy Policy
Personal details: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you to enable us to process your order (including communicating with you regarding any order you might have placed). We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. Credit and debit card details are collected by selected payment service provider(s). Our company does not store financial details.
Mailing lists: We send marketing information to customers about our products update only.
Third parties: We may disclose your personal data to our business partners to facilitate the offering of their goods or services to you when you visit our site. We will not otherwise sell or provide your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes – unless you consent.
Statistics: We may use general information from our customer database, for statistical purposes. However this information will not identify any individual customer.
