When should I order my dress?
We would recommend that you order your dress around eight to twelve months before your wedding. This allows you plenty of time for fittings once your gown has arrived. It is possible however to order your dress within a shorter timescale and we will always do everything we can to help you find your dream wedding dress!
Should I make an appointment?
We have 2 x rooms that can accommodate private bridal appointments, including up to 6 guests and one area for bridemaids. We suggest that you make an appointment if you wish to try on bridal gowns as these areas book up very quickly. Should you pop into the store looking to try on bridal gowns, we will accommodate you were we can buy priority will always be given to those who have pre-booked appointments.
Bridesmaids are on a first come, first served basis so you do not need to make an appointment to view or try the collecton but will have to wait on a fitting area becoming available.
When will my dress arrive?
In general most dresses take around 6-8 months to arrive in store. Once it's here and has been checked and pressed, we call you to arrange a convenient time for your Pre-fit. This is when you come and try your dress on and decide on any accessories you would like. You will settle any outstanding balance on your dress.
Do I have to pay in full at the time of ordering?
No. The minimum deposit is 50% at the time of ordering but you can pay in full if you prefer. The gown must be fully paid for at your Pre-fit.
What happens if my dress needs altering?
At your Pre-fit, we will go through what with you what alterations you may need. We can then give you the contact details of our recommended suppliers based locally who will be happy to assist you.
